My story
Kerala to Australia. Student to founder. Most of what I know, I learned the expensive way.
What followed was slower and less cinematic than it sounds. Work, study, false starts, and eventually the beginnings of something of my own.
Today I run a care organisation operating across five Australian cities with a team of more than eighty people. Building it taught me more about leadership, decisions and uncertainty than anything I read.
Alongside it, I’ve spent more than a decade guiding students through money, work, mindset and community in a country that wasn’t theirs yet — first informally, then deliberately.
Every year another cohort lands and hits exactly the wall I hit. Not because they aren’t capable — because nobody prepared them for the part after approval.
Dream to Success System is the distilled version of the coaching, tools and frameworks I wish I’d had when I first landed. The mentoring is the same material, in conversation.
I’m not going to tell you I have it all worked out. I’ll tell you I’ve been through a specific set of doors, and I can tell you what’s behind them. That’s worth more than most advice.
